2. Additional data protection information

This Data Protection Policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by the user through the Internet portal that You&Me makes available to Internet users. This policy forms part of the legal notice accessible at all times from the portal.

The user guarantees that the data provided are true, exact, complete and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation. In the event that the data provided belong to a third party, the user guarantees that he/she has informed the said third party of the aspects contained in this document and obtained his/her authorisation to provide his/her data to You&Me for the aforementioned purposes.

The Portal may offer functionalities to share contents through third party applications, such as Facebook or Twitter. These applications can collect and process information related to the user's navigation in the different websites. Any personal information collected through these applications may be used by third party users of these applications, and their interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the companies providing the applications.

The Portal can host blogs, forums, and other applications or social network services in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and content. Any personal information provided by the user may be shared with other users of that service, over which You&Me has no control.

With the aim of offering information or services of interest depending on the user's location, You&Me may access data relating to the geolocation of the user's device, in those cases where the user's configuration to this effect allows it.

For the purposes of technical security and system diagnosis, in an anonymous or aggregated form, You&Me may register the IP address (identification number of the device's Internet access, which allows the devices, systems and servers to recognize and communicate with each other). This information may also be used for web performance analysis purposes.

4. For what purpose do we process the user's personal data?

You&Me processes the information provided by the user in order to deal with the different types of requests made by the user. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be to manage (i) queries and requests for proposals (RFPs) sent through the contact form provided for this purpose, (ii) CVs sent through the Portal, (iii) electronic communications of an informative nature, in accordance with your interests. You&Me may prepare a commercial profile based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be taken based on this profile.

The data used, or provided, in the informative and/or promotional communications are treated by You&Me for purposes consisting of the electronic sending of information and communications on services, activities, publications, celebrations, greetings and social and professional events of You&Me

Consent to the sending of such communications may be revoked at any time in each of the communications received through the mechanism provided for that purpose.

The criterion of conservation of the data shall be based on the statement to the contrary of the processing by him. In any case, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be exercised by sending an e-mail to info@episyouandme.com
